Gregory Davis

MD

Dr. Davis received his Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from Rice University in 2009. He became interested in medicine while working at the Molecular Cell Engineering Lab within the Plastic Surgery department at MD Anderson Cancer Center. He completed medical school at Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine and subsequently completed neurosurgical residency training at George Washington University School of Medicine in 2021. He completed a fellowship in stereotactic and functional neurosurgery at Albany Medical College. From 2022-2025 he worked as a staff neurosurgeon at Lehigh Valley Health Network, building a practice treating complex movement disorders and epilepsy. He returns to his home in North Carolina to provide these services to our community. Dr. Davis’s philosophy is to provide care centered on the needs of each patient. He enjoys community engagement and local patient advocacy. In his free time he enjoys reading fiction and backpacking.
